If you have between 11 and 50 pounds of functional laptops and cell phones that are less than 7 years old the best shipping solution is UPS ground.

Instructions

  • After placing the order a label will be emailed to you.
  • Make sure to request the appropriate number of Donation IDs for your reusable devices. If you have 5 reusable devices, request 5 IDs.
  • Find a sturdy, cardboard box.
  • Tape the label to the box.
  • Put the devices in the box and use newspaper, bubble wrap or other packaging materials to protect them. Feel free to include cords and chargers. Don't include manuals, cases, or bags.
  • Schedule a pickup with UPS or drop it off at the nearest UPS location.
  • When items are received you will be sent an acknowledgment of receipt and your Donation Passports will be updated.
